Your Visit
However you choose to arrive at Taliesin, welcome! We greet over 30,000 visitors every year to our Singleton campus arts centre to enjoy our programme of live performances, cinema and music!
The Building
By Car
Please note, that because the University is a working campus with many staff and students, car parking may be limited before 4pm, so please arrive in plenty of time to secure a space.
Therefore car parking is restricted before 4pm Monday - Friday.
There are limited car parking spaces available directly behind Taliesin. Simply enter from the front of Swansea University, taking a left at the crossroads before Fulton Hall and then take a right hand turn and follow the road to the car park. There is some Blue Badge parking in this vicinity also and you can see HERE for a visual tour of the car park and into our centre! We would stress that because the University is a working campus with many staff and students, car parking may be limited before 4pm, so please arrive in plenty of time to secure a space.
By Bus – The Taliesin can be reached on many frequent bus routes from Swansea City Centre. Swansea University is a regular stop on the 4/4a/3a/8/10 bus routes, all of which stop directly outside or just adjacent to the Fulton House building. With Fulton House directly in front of you, turn to the right hand side and walk down the path, where Taliesin is around 100m from the bus stop on the left hand side. You can choose to enter either via the doors and at the front of the building or via the back entrance, and inside the building there is a lift to the first floor, where our box office and auditorium are.
On foot - Taliesin is situated on the Swansea University Singleton Campus and can also be reached through Singleton Park.
Coronavirus
The Covid-19 crisis has affected the way we all live, work and interact. As a result of ongoing restrictions and safety measures, we want our guests to know we are doing everything we can to make Taliesin as safe and as stress-free as we can manage. This requires us to react quickly to new guidance and may mean we need to move seats or performances around, or rearrange periodically to best welcome our guests into our auditorium in a managed way. If you have any concerns about your individual needs and any changes we might have made, please get in touch and we can try and find the best fit for you to enjoy attending.
