FOLK DANCE REMIXED WORKSHOP - Free
Adult and child participants of all ages have the chance to learn a funky routine to live music, whilst creating wraps and ripples, waves and breaks in classic maypole moves around the Maypole.

FOLK DANCE REMIXED CEILIDH JAM SOCIAL DANCE - Free
Folk Dance Remixed gets the crowd on its feet and dancing a unique, funked-up folky ceilidh. Folk formations are remixed using legendary moves and freestyle grooves.

KAPOW: CLIMB THE CITY - Free
This promenade performance will take the audience on a 40-minute journey, starting from LC Swansea/National Waterfront Museum Car Park. Scenes unfold, inviting the audience into the exciting world of climbing.
The strong physicalities of circus, dance, parkour and climbing are teamed with vibrant costumes and a specially curated soundtrack creating a feeling of celebration and camaraderie between the climbers and the audience. They climb the walls, climb one another, get lost, find themselves and inspire anyone who’s watching to get outside and play.

LIFE DRAWING EVENING - Dance Days Special
A special life drawing event to celebrate dance and movement.
Within the beautiful Warehouse Gallery, surrounded by museum vitrines, multiple costumed and nude models will create tableau inspired by artists such as Degas and Toulouse-Lautrec. The resulting dance themed narrative will comprise of moving, short and long poses.
This session is open to all aged 18+, from complete novice to professional artist. There will be basic materials and easels provided but please also feel free to bring along your preferred drawing materials. This event is untutored but there will be members of staff available for tips and guidance.
In association with Life Drawing at Elysium.

2FACED DANCE: 'MOON' - Free
30 minutes before a performance there will be a 15 minute touch tour led by a company dancer where blind and partially sighted audience members can join us for an exclusive touch tour of set, props, costumes and characters.

Moon also has BSL embedded within the choreography from Candoco Dance Associate Artist Jemima Hoadley and Deepa Shashtri. Moon has been made in collaboration, had multiple test audiences and received feedback from our education partner Royal National College for the Blind throughout the creation process.
Moon also features a pre-recorded audio description embedded into the soundtrack, written by the UK’s leading Audio Describer Louise Fryer (and performed by Jason/The Moon).

JOSS ARNOTT DANCE: 'PULSE!' - Free
Joss Arnott Dance offer a stay-and-play session for young people to meet the cast and learn some of the elements they will watch during the performance, after two of the company’s performances.
