On the road

Thanks to additional funding from the Welsh Assembly Government & Arts Council of Wales, Taliesin has recently extended its activity beyond the walls of the building.

As well as the community involvement you will find on our Participate page, in the last four years we have produced or co-produced seven tours of Wales, with productions including contemporary dance, world music, young people's theatre, new writing and opera.

Closer to home we produce the annual Dance Days festival taking dance to the streets of Swansea in a weekend full of dance in unexpected places every July.

The National Premiere Tour of The Wizard, the Goat and the Man who won the War opened to a full house at Taliesin (Thursday 10th November) before continuing its twelve date tour across Wales. For all tour dates and the latest reviews, please visit: www.taliesinartscentre.co.uk/wizard .
